  Q:   What is the Chef's Corner?  
  A:   The Chef's Corner is a unique department located in select Farm Fresh stores, including The Market at Harbor Heights. The department is staffed by culinary trained chefs and led by the Farm Fresh Corporate Executive Chef, Bob Hirasawa. The Chef's Corner offers a variety of fresh prepared foods daily, ranging from homemade salsas and gourmet wraps to sizzlin' salads and jumbo lump crab cake dinners.  
 
  Q:   Can I order lunch for my office through the Chef's Corner?  
  A:   Yes! You can order lunches online with the option to pick it up or have it delivered ($9.95 delivery fee applies). You can order as many items as you wish on one order, so collect orders from your colleagues and place one order to save time and to ensure your meals arrive at the same time. Only cold orders will be delivered; hot dishes can be ordered ahead of time and picked up at the store.  
 
  Q:   What is the delivery charge?  
  A:   The delivery charge is $9.95 for any order large or small; no minimum order is required. Delivery is available to 23510 and 23507 zip codes in downtown Norfolk.  
 
  Q:   What forms of payment are accepted for delivery? Pick up?  
  A:   The following methods of payment are accepted for both delivery and pick up orders: cash, credit cards, checks, debit cards and gift cards.  
 
  Q:   Where do I meet the delivery driver?  
  A:   The delivery driver will call you at the phone number provided on your order form when he or she arrives. You will be asked to meet the driver at the front door or lobby of your building.  
 
  Q:   I ordered pick up from the Chef's Corner. Where do I go to pick it up once I arrive at the store?  
  A:   All Chef's Corner orders can be picked up at the Chef's Corner by the grill. Just look for the overhead sign that says "Chef's Corner" in the center of the store.  
 
  Q:   My pick up order does not show a charge for tax when I check out. Is this correct?  
  A:   Pick up orders are paid for in the store, therefore tax will be charged once the items are rung up at the register.  
 
  Q:   I see the "Specials" option on some pages, but not others. Why?  
  A:   Depending on what time you schedule pick up or delivery will determine which services are available. At this time, "Specials" are not available between 2pm and 4pm.  
 
  Q:   Can I order breakfast for my office?  
  A:   Yes! Farm Fresh has a full service catering department, Fresh Events, that would be happy to cater your next office breakfast meeting or event. Please contact Lori Millon, Director of Catering, at 757.531.9432 to make arrangements.  
 
  Q:   I have some suggestions for menu items. Who do I send my ideas to?  
  A:   You can send your comments to the Farm Fresh Consumer Affairs department by filling out our online Customer Communications form. Your inquiry will be responded to within 48 hours, during regular business hours.  
 
  Q:   Who do I call with questions regarding my order?  
  A:   Please refer to your order confirmation, sent to the email address you provided, for the appropriate contact number. If you are unable to find the contact number in your email, please contact The Market at Harbor Heights for assistance at 757.213.7396
